An AI-powered, pyschology-fueled audience insights company based in Berlin, Solsten is a longtime client led by the best and the brightest in the business. I’ve had the honor of spending several years of writing and creative-directing for them, we’ve hit major creative (and business) milestones along the way.

Fun fact: their name was inspired by an ancient Viking legend about a “solstein” or “sun stone” that mariners could use to navigate by the sun even on a completely overcast day. This was long assumed to be a mythological stone, but archaeologists have since since discovered an actual gemstone that, when held up, polarizes the light in a way that shows the user where the sun is in the sky. It fit Solsten perfectly—they use science so well, it feels like magic. But look a little closer, and it all makes sense.
